Tecno Spark 7 was launched on Friday as an entry-level smartphone from the

company. It arrives in two different configurations with up to 64GB of onboard

storage. The Tecno Spark 7 carries a large, 6,000mAh battery, dual rear cameras,

and a selfie flash. The smartphone also comes in three different colour options

and with preloaded features such as Time Lapse, Video bokeh, and Slow-Mo. The

Tecno Spark 7 competes against the likes of Poco C3, Micromax In 1b, and Redmi 9A.


As far as the cameras are involved, the Tecno Spark 7 (Android Go) on the rear

packs a 16-megapixel camera with an f/1.8 aperture. The rear camera setup has

autofocus. It wears an 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies with an f/2.0

aperture. The Tecno Spark 7 (Android Go) runs HiOS 7.5 is based on Android 11

(Go edition) and packs 32GB of the inbuilt area that can be extended via microSD

card (up to 256GB) with a dedicated slot. The Tecno Spark 7 (Android Go) is a

dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that allows Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards.

configuration is 2GB of RAM and 32GB storage with a 3/64GB option. There is a

dedicated microSD slot if you need more.


Tecno Spark 7 packs a 6,000mAh battery that is challenged to last for up to 40

days on standby mode. Its connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth

5.0, micro-USB, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. On the software front, Tecno Spark

7 runs on Android 11 with HiOS 7.5 layered on top. The 2GB model runs the Android 11 Go edition.
